How many people can your tents sleep?
Our 5m tent packages come furnished for up to 4 guests however additional bedding packs can be ordered to allow for up to 6 guests per tent. We do recommend 4-5 guests to be comfortable and to allow for personal luggage. Our 7m tent can sleep up to 12 adults and can accommodate 25-30 people standing or sitting.
Are your tents waterproof?
Yes. All of our tents are waterproof and come with fully zipped in groundsheets and treated canvas.
Are your tents warm?
All of our furnished tents are designed to make you have the most comfortable night possible with thick duvets, extra blankets and throws and coverings on the ground however its recommended [ depending on what time of year you are hiring a tent] that you bring warm layers to sleep in as well just in case.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full payment is due at the time of booking. Any bookings cancellations within six weeks of your event will be subject to a 50% refund. Cancellations of less than two weeks prior to your arrival will forfeit the cost of your holiday. You may wish to obtain travel insurance to cover this.
I'm not sure how many tents I require for my event. What do I do?
This is not a problem and is a common question amongst people booking guest villages for their event. We are able to take bookings in two ways to suit you. Either you book a block of tents up front or you can request that your guests book with us directly. In the second instance we would request an initial deposit from you to secure your date. We would then take bookings from your guests once your invites are sent out. We will then refund the deposit back to you at the end of the event meaning no financial impact on you as the event lead.
You offer a range of coloured tents, can I pick which colour I get?
Of course! Subject to availability we will do our hardest to make sure you get the colour you want.
Do you allow pets in your tents?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets in our bell tents with the exception of guide dogs.
Will you travel outside of Hampshire?
We do consider each job on a case by case basis and can travel outside of Hampshire . This will be subject to an additional travel and delivery cost which will be calculated at time of enquiry. We do not operate a minimum hire requirement!
Do you offer a one night price?
Our tents are subject to a minimum 2 night hire price regardless of whether you require the tent for just 1 night. This is because the majority of the cost is in the staff costs, set up and delivery of the tent.
What should we bring with us?
All of our furnished glamping packages include full bedding, furnishings and a basic kitchen utensils box with crockery etc for up to 4 people. You will just need to bring your personal items, food and the disposable BBQ! We can provide basic camping stoves for a small extra cost. Its worth bringing a couple of extra warm layers just in case the weather is not so good.
Do you allow campfires?
We recommend that you discuss the campfire policy with your chosen campsite first as many prefer you to have a fire in a designated fire pit or autofire rather than on the ground. Although we have no problems with you having a campfire we kindly request that this is lit no closer than 5m away from the canvas to avoid any sparks catching the material.

Baylilly bell tents is a real class act! Spending our wedding night in one of their special wedding bell tents fitted brilliantly to our garden party themed wedding. It was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable... Emily and her husband were brilliant - so friendly and efficient the tent went up ultra quick! Despite having torrential rain on our wedding night we remained warm and cosy - no sign of any drop of rain in the tent, we even stayed in it for a second night ???? We would highly recommend these guys... Definitely worth every penny ????

Hello Emily & Team I just wanted to say what an absolute treat it was to stay in Big Bertha this weekend. She was everything we hoped for and more. When we arrived she looked amazing, welcoming us in with her beautiful fairy lights glowing. Once we popped our heads in and saw the lovely beds all made up, gorgeous bunting & lights, soft rugs, mirror and flowers, we all oohed and aahed! So comfy and chic – perfect for our ‘mum’s away’ weekend and a proper chance to unwind, catch up and have some well deserved fun glamping! Top marks for the wine glasses too! I wanted to say that we were so very chuffed with your belltents at our wedding - our friends and family loved them and they really helped to create the magical atmosphere we were after. I think the kids particularly enjoyed their play den!! It seems so short and so long ago all at once! I started a new teaching job the week of our wedding so that has pretty much taken over since then, but ho ho ho only one day left til the holidays.So once again thank you for all your hard work in the lead up and on the weekend itself - you did brilliantly especially given the timing!
